Overall
, the entire area underwent a significant transformation from a rural to an urban environment. The farmland
was replaced by a diverse range of buildings, including residential areas, business districts, and public transportation facilities.
Upon closer inspection, two farmland
areas can be identified along Tyson Way and Adelaide Street. The larger farmland
, situated near the houses, was cleared and replaced by the construction of a new street named Warwick Place. This
development gave rise to a residential area, office spaces, and a café. The other farmland
area was repurposed to accommodate public transportation facilities, such
as the railway and train station.
On the other side of the map, a small clinic that existed in 1836, opposite the farmland
, was reconstructed into a large hospital. The food market and the church were demolished and replaced by various buildings, including a bank, a bakery, a cinema, and shops. In contrast
