Two weeks ago you bought a radio from a local branch of a well-known chain of shops. It did not work properly. The shop took it back and said they would repair it. You have waited a week and it is still not ready. Write a letter to the shop. In your letter say what has happened and how you feelask them to explain why there has been a delayask them to repair the radio very quickly or to supply you with a new radio
Dear sir,
I am writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding your services. Actually, it is about a radio that I purchased a month ago from your Sydney outlet. Unfortunately, that radio has some signal issues and was not able to catch proper signals after using it 3 times just.
So, I gave it back to repair but I have been waiting for a week and also
try to contact them to know when they will deliver my radio but did not get any reply from them.Your's outlet services disappoint me as you are a very famous company in Australia.
However
, I just want justification about dallying my product and how much time it requires to work efficiently. Meanwhile, if the problem is big then
kindly exchange it with a new one and dispatch it to my address as soon as possible.
Looking forward to a positive response from you.
Yours faithfully,
