and now, she's been prescribed Amoxicillin with Clauvulanate for infected wound
on her left foot. During her staying, her nursing assessmeent consisted on daily wound
dressing with saline solution, antibioticotherapy medication 3 times daily, which she is due to
continue at home. Ms
Bell
, lives alone with no family or friends around. Although
she receives a pension, Ms
Bell
complains that the amount of money isn't enough for daily basis and therefore
she is having problems mantaining good quality of food at home. She reported an increase in achohol intake and very little interest of going out of the house since her retirement. Ms

healing, medication compliance, and also
support Ms

with her social issues. For the wound
healing process, it is recommeded daily dressing, cleaned with saline water. Please note that the margin of the ulcer needs to be closely monitored. Regarding to her social challenges, Ms
Bell
would benefit of a referral to your community social worker, which I belive would be the right person to provide insights on realistic income from producing activities at home. If you have any quiries, please contact me. Kind Regards, NurseSubmitted by talitamartinsgo on
