and now, she's been prescribed Amoxicillin with Clauvulanate for infected

on her left foot. During her staying, her nursing assessmeent consisted on daily
wound
dressing with saline solution, antibioticotherapy medication 3 times daily, which she is
due to
continue at home.

Bell
, lives alone with no family or friends around.
Although
she receives a pension,
Ms
Bell
complains that the amount of money isn't enough for daily basis and
therefore
she is having problems mantaining good quality of food at home. She reported an increase in achohol intake and very little interest of going out of the house since her retirement.
Ms
Bell
has an unstable
diabetes
mellitus
due to
diabetes
mellitus, which she struggles to self medicate corrently. I would highly appreciate if you can provide ongoing care for
wound
healing, medication compliance, and
also
support
Ms
Bell
with her social issues. For the
wound
healing process, it is recommeded daily dressing, cleaned with saline water. Please note that the margin of the ulcer needs to be closely monitored. Regarding to her social challenges,
Ms
Bell

Structure your letter

A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:

  • A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
  • The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
  • A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)

When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.

All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
