that of the rural fields had a slight increase of about 15%.
In the following years, households with online access in suburban/urban locations experienced a dramatic increase all through the years while
homes in rural areas noticed a gradual increase and by the end of the period (2004), houses with internet
entry in suburban and urban areas were about 55% while
