Change is useful for people who change rather than avoid it and remain in the same place. This essay discusses that change brings more advantages to people who undergo change than people who remain the same. This essay will demonstrate how change leads to the growth of the people and helps to build resilience, followed by the primary disadvantage, how comfort zone kills the growth.

To discuss about the driving fee for the cars to enter the city centre in some large cities. In order to reduce the number of cars in the city, people has to pay a driving fee to enter city centre. In my opinion, paying a fee to enter the city is good initiative for the city benefit, so the less people can able to visit the place.
