In some cultures, children are often told that they can achieve anything if they try hard enough. what are the advantages and disadvantages of giving children this massage?

In a number of cultures, a prevalent belief is said to
children
that they will acquire everything if they have excessive endeavour.
While
there are some benefits associated with
this
statement, I believe the main drawbacks are more important. On the one hand, a potential advantage of
this
idea may be a motivation for
children
to be hopeful for their future. All
children
have some goals in their minds. It is vital for them to be aware of the path so if they plan properly, their aims are not inaccessible.Another perceived benefit is being independent. When
children
try for their desires, they learn how to manage their tasks.
For instance
,
children
who try to amass money to buy what they want know how to handle their budget in the future so they won't depend on others.
On the other hand
, a primary disadvantage of
this
statement is that
children
will get stressed. They assume that they have to achieve everything with hardworking.
This
would be anxiety for them.
As a result
,
instead
of being happy they always think about struggling for their wishes.A
further
negative is that sometimes individuals try hard
however
,they do not get the achievement they want so if
this
thought cultivate in their minds from childhood, they won't continue after the failure. On balance,it is true that if people try hard they will get anything
would
Correct pronoun usage
that would
show examples
seem advantageous under certain circumstances.
However
,in my view its negative effects in terms of getting stress and being disappointed override the advantages.
