The diagram below shows the process for recycling plastic bottles. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
From the diagram, we can learn how to recycle
plastic
bottles
so it does not become waste. It illustrates the process from when we throw the bottles
until producing end products as well.
Overall
, there are 9 stages in recycling bottle waste. First,
we need to put them in a rubbish box that has recycle logo on it. Then
, it will be collected with other bottles
using a dump truck that goes directly to the recycling centre. In that place, people are sorting the bottles
into two categories such
as recycle able and not. From the first category, it goes to compressing stage to be formed as some plastic
blocks while
the other category is going to be dumped.
In the fifth step, the plastic
blocks are crushed and washed to make them clean before entering the next process. After that, it goes to a machine that is
producing plastic
pellets just to be heated to transform the pallets into raw materials. From this
step, the creative process of recycling bottles
has just begun. Finally
, we can utilize the raw materials to produce some useful products for example
clothing, reusable bags, pencils, food containers, as well as
recycled bottles
