To begin
with, most of the
patients
enjoyed their stay at Holly
Ward
. About 86% of
patients
were happy with the hospital staff and their behaviour.

were impressed with the waiting
time
at holly
ward
as about 75% agreed that it was very good.
Patients
at Holly
ward
were most happy about the
quality
of treatment they received and the
quality
of aftercare as 80% and about 78% respectively agreed that it was good.
In contrast

maple
ward
and
oak
ward
did not provide the
patients
with the same
quality
of facilities as they had received at holly
ward
.
As a result

Maple
Ward
had the lowest satisfaction in hospital staff with just about 55%
while
Oak
Ward
had only 67%. The
patients
were not happy with the waiting
time
as well. Only about 55% and 52% of
patients
were happy with the waiting period at
Maple
and
Oak
Ward
respectively. The two wards did improve their
quality
of treatment as 70% and 80% of
patients
agreed that it was good.
However
, the two wards were not able to provide the same satisfactory services with their
quality
of aftercare.
