In spite of the advances made in agriculture, many people around the world still go hungry. Why is this the case? What can be done about this problem?

In line with the shift in time, despite the advances made in agriculture, there still are growing concerns about hunger which appears all around the world.
While
there are numerous reasons that result in
this
problem
, I believe that governments should take a number of actions to solve
this
phenomenon.
To begin
with, I believe that there are a lot of reasons behind starvation that appear over the world. The primary reason behind
this
could be the lack of
job
opportunities in many countries when most
people
with financial burden could not able to pay their bills and food.
Due to
the modernization that leads to high competitiveness in
job
seeking,
people
might find looking for a suitable
job
difficult.
Moreover
, modernization is not only the main factor but
also
this
problem
could occur
due to
low literacy levels and the disparity between the rich and the poor.
Therefore
,
people
who could not pay their tuition fees would not enter any university and have a
job
right after graduation, which could lead to difficulty in finding a high-salary
job
with no certification.
However
, it is only valid to a certain extent. On the one hand, I believe that there are a number of solutions to
this
problem
.
Firstly
, some policies should be enforced by the government to provide financial support to poor households, especially those who are disabled
people
.
This
would help them to be able to pay their bills and daily meals, which could reduce the starvation rate.
Secondly
, more voluntary activities should be organized to provide personal equipment, educational facilities, and charitable funding to those
people
who are in need, which could help many children have a chance to study.
For instance
, in places where a lot of disasters often happen, numerous charitable organizations offer help, books, and clothes every month in order to ensure that disadvantaged
people
would have enough for living. After considering
this
issue, I have come to the conclusion starvation all around the world might result from high competitiveness in
job
seeking, the difference between the poor and the rich, which require the governments and charitable organizations need to provide help to reduce
this
problem
.
