, all the factories in the area will be demolished and houses will be built in the stead and the town untouched.

with,a second but smaller roundabout will be constructed to the south end of the border , maintained from the current location but will see two extensions to the northwest and north over the river.
In addition
, a school shall be constructed to the far east of the future site and a playground along the way to the school at the northeast below the stream also
