it is clear that
both English and Japanese accounted for half the proportion of online language populations
while
society learning Dutch were least popular.
Furthermore
,the majority of the population was using the Internet during the month of August 2001. The average number of communities using languages online accounted for 529 million in 2001.The most popular language was English which was roughly 43%,followed by Japanese at approximately 9%. Chinese and German had 6.8% and 6.5% respectively,
while
other language was at the top of them. In 2001,8.4% of the world's population was famous for the number of people sitting online,
whereas
368 million internet users in 2000,accounted for 60% of the population,which was the highest proportion of the world community.The least popular trend was in November 1997,when they had a fewer number of online communities
as well as
the lowest ratio on the planet.
