think it is very important to be a homeowner rather than a renter. I believe the primary cause of

phenomenon is that becoming a homeowner changes how a

's financial status is evaluated by others.

, it should be seen as a negative situation for homeowners since they may become less happy

of mortgage loans. Owning a

means a higher perceived financial status. Nowadays, house prices are extremely high, which means a

is not something someone in the lower middle class or working class can afford to buy.

to say, if a

has a high paying job and is doing very well financially.

, in China, many women will only consider marrying men who own their own homes because they think these men have enough money to provide a comfortable family life.

There is no doubt that many adults feel unprepared to assume a parental role. While many people believe that children should learn how to become good parents at school, others argue that such skills cannot be developed at an early age. I completely agree with the latter statement and this essay will support my view with examples.

people think and trust that accepting a worse condition is better than moving to other places for example about their jobs and money, but others argue who believe that moving on and getting the other situations are the best choices. First of all, human have their own arguments why they have to accept or ignore the conditions. There is no wrong or true about the data. For instance, a lot of them choose to accept their current jobs because of their families, if they choose to resign may bring bad consequences for their families and at the same time, they can not get the other tasks because apply of competition. Staying in their current professions is better although it is uncomformtable situation.

In recent years, a concerning trend has emerged as fewer and fewer pupils choose science majors at universities around the world. In my opinion, this phenomenon is caused by the lower salaries and terrible working conditions faced by scientists.
