in 2006 and higher than 2008 in 9 per cent

rate was 18 per cent
in 2002, which is lower than 19 per cent
in 2006 and 32 per cent
in 2008.
Overall
, the result shows that those people with secondary education
are most eager to immigrate at 65, 61 and 59 per cent
while
those with higher education
show the least interest in immigrating with 17, 20,and 9 per cent
in 2002, 2006 and 2008 respectively. Although
the group of people with primary and lower education
levels did not show much eagerness to immigrate between 2002 and 2006 with 18 and 19 per cent
respectively it experienced an upward trend in 2008 with 32 per cent
