Dear Sir or Madam, I am a customer of your
service
. I am always satisfied with your
service
because of its quality but I am writing in order to complain about my disappointment with your
service
. The first thing I would like to draw attention the quality of fixing cars.
Last
week I fixed on your
service
my car's lamp and brake. When I came into your work,
firstly
the
service
assistants did not want to help me because they were playing on their phones.
Furthermore
, they asked me to come after two hours because their lunchtime had started, on their attention to me I was been very angry. I waited for them but they came after three hours but they fixed my automobile very fast I was been very happy about
this
. Unfortunately, after a week, my car did not work properly again. I suggest that you fix my car with a high quality. If you do not agree with me please" return me a full refund. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely. Mr Bakhadir

Structure your letter

A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:

  • A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
  • The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
  • A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)

When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.

All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
