, it can clearly be seen that the number of people
who donated money in 1990 was higher except for those who were over 50 years
old.
In terms of the people
aged 36-50, they contributed the most with roughly 42% in 1990 before dropping to exactly 35% in the following period. Whilst the 26-35s shared around 10% lower, those under the age of 25 gave only about 17% which was the lowest in the first year. In the following ten years
, the percentage witnessed a moderate drop of approximately 24% and 6%, respectively.
Regarding the ones aged between 50-65 years
old, the number of people
who contributed to charity experienced a steady increase compared to the younger ages from 35% to just under 40%, which was the highest for 2010. Similarly
