Dear Sir, I am writing to inform you about the cancellation of my enrollment in one of the upcoming courses at your college and inquire about the possibility of registering for an alternative. I have reserved a seat for the slot in the evening batch of ‘Organization Development’ which was scheduled to start on the 1st of September. I regret to inform you that I need to cancel my booking
due to
unforeseen work commitments. Unfortunately, I will have an urgent business trip to Malaysia and I cannot afford to miss
this
opportunity. The trip will take about a month which would conflict with the course schedule.
As a result
, I have no choice but to withdraw from the course.
Although
I am unable to take the course at
this
time, I am still interested in prolonging my education and enhancing my skills.
Therefore
, please let me know if there are any other courses that might be suitable for me. Thank you for your understanding, and I apologize for any inconvenience that my cancellation may cause. I look forward to hearing back from you. Sincerely, Ella Khin
