You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

Nowadays, there is no longer barriers to go to abroad for education purpose. Pastly there are some barriers, notably the language. There are so many translating softwares that are easily available at online. Additionally people can work in different countries and communicate with foreigners using a variety of translating programmes.

In contemporary times, it is argue that above fifty years old employees do not capable to quickly changing ideas the moden workplace and because of this notion younger workers should be hired. While I accept that this perception is somewhat justified, I assert that there are other important factors might logically lead to opposition.

Whilst acknowledging the potential drawbacks, I believe it has more advantages such as lowers the risk of miscommunication and improves the overall confidence in communication.
