Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing

this

letter to you as the form of feedback, that was asked by the department of the school after completing my 2 weeks cookery course. I can proudly say that I enjoyed

this

course a lot. The most enjoyable moment was when I tried to make my favourite dessert and it became super delicious. All the credit I would give to my tutor Rohini Shah. She was lenient and explained very well, whatever was asked by the students. I mostly learnt everything that I wanted to learn. Even though I am able to make some dishes that I never tried to taste in my lifetime. I still have doubts about some cuisines but I will clear that with the teacher for sure. As she mentioned any students of hers can contact her for ideas if they are having some issues with food. A suggestion I would like to give you, as I know now that the school provide cookery courses that are based on popular Asian food. I would recommend that you should add more courses to dessert.
