 with, people adapted modern lifestyle

 which they hardly find time to think about the

. In most cases, people residing in urban areas have been experiencing stressful job environments with overwhelming schedules.

, when I was working in a big organization, a few of my colleagues used to work for more than nine hours at the office and spend 2 to 3 hours a day commuting to and from the office.

, they get over-exhausted and prefer to take rest whenever they get an opportunity.
