Employers sometimes ask people applying for jobs for personal information, such as their hobbies and interests, and whether they are married or single. Some people say this information may be relevant and useful. Others disagree.

Some people think that
this
data is useful for employers if they ask for personal clues
such
as habits, interests and marital status,
however
, others oppose
this
personal info which authorities ask. I will discuss both views and my opinions in the upcoming paragraphs.
To begin
with, sometimes, the board ask for personal information about the employees who want to apply
such
as address, marital status , family and many more just for security. It means that if the employee does not come to the office without notifying the owner
then
he/ she can call his/ her family to find out about his/her employees. In
this
way, the boss and family both know about that person if something is wrong with that employee
then
they can do something for his/ her sake.
On the other hand
, sometimes employees do not want to share their personal life with their owner and they do not feel comfortable
while
doing
this
. They want to keep their personal and professional life different.
Moreover
, they think that sharing personal information is not relevant towards their work and that our hobbies or interests do not have any link to our jobs. In my opinion, everyone has a different lifestyle to live a life. Some feel comfortable
while
sharing their own personal info and others do not. I would like to say that sharing personal data with their owner is not a bad thing. It is a useful and relevant data for everyone.
