The table below gives information on consumer spending on different items in five different countries in 2002.
The data on spending money on three categories of life-first materials was demonstrated for five countries (Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and Turkey).
This
table consists of the percentage of national consumer expenditure. The first category is food, drinks, and tobacco. Turkish are those who have the highest percentage of expenditure in
this
field almost about 32.14 per
cent
. Sweden with 15.77 per
cent
has the lowest share. The second group is clothing and footwear.
In contrast
with the first category, Italians are a major population that buys clothes and footwear with 9 per
cent
.
Finally
, the
last
clique is leisure and education.
This
classification is very tight and a minority of societies pay for
such
items. Turkey is in the lead with 4.35 per
cent
. The table shows the range of money that has been spent on a different area of life. In conclusion, these categories indicate that countries with high expenditures on food, drinks, and tobacco have
also
high expenditures on leisure and education.
However
,
this
relation is vice versa with clothing and footwear.
