The map illustrates how the seaside resort of Templeton changed over a 15-year period from 1990 to 2005. There was considerable development over these years and it can be seen that many trees were knocked down, a railway track was extended and new facilities were added, namely a factory, airport, supermarket, numerous households and space for a ferry. Looking at the map meticulously, in the southwest part of the resort, there were many residential buildings pulled down and replaced with a giant supermarket and 3 5-storey buildings. On top of the supermarket, bungalows and trees around the lake were demolished, multi-floored accommodations were built and at the southeastern tip space for parking ferries was built.
