To begin
with, at present, the Norbiton industrial area is a roundabout which is surrounded by factories which will be replaced with housing areas.
Whereas
, another noticeable change is that there will be a bridge over a river and

housing society built across it where was farmland situated.

future
development will have two roundabouts
instead
of
one
in the past.

will remain at the same place and the second

just in front of the previous

in the south direction.
