The purpose of writing this letter is to demonstrate my dissatisfaction about an order that i placed through your online platform. I have ordered the JBL wireless headphones on April 20, 2024 and after a wait of five days I received the order. However; when I opened it, I got flabbergasted to see that the box was already opened and then packed again. When I looked at the product it was of another brand, which I did not order. I instructed the JBL earphones because those are of very good quality which attached with the bluetooth of phone and I am used to organize these from a very long time.
