perspective, it is clear that
the number received in person
and by telephone

the data of enquiries
by telephone
decreased from January to June.
A deep analysis of the line graph provided the proportion of enquiries
asked in person
was at 400 in January. The figures for letters/email and telephone
were higher, at under 800 and about 900 respectively. Both enquiries
in person
