, it can be clearly seen that present day, there are more factories surrounding the roundabout at the centre.
In contrast
, after doing changes it will be transformed into a residence with facilities including; health care, education and shopping. When looking at the first plan, there is a river flow across in the north and the farmland is situated in the middle of the north side of the riverbank. The only buildings that appear on the site are manufacturing buildings established around the roundabout from the east of the town .
