's dependency on mobile phones. There are several reasons for

as exciting messengers, apps and
parents
who do not devote
time
to their
children
. It is undeniable that smartphones have become an essential part of our
life

, these days we should try to solve these problems, because lead to significant health problems for

, like loss of sight and information perception deterioration. In

trouble and try to give the solutions. One of the main aspects of the problem is that kids spend a lot of

with a smartphone than learning or communicating with people. One of the main reasons behind
that is
our brain encourages us when we take new information, solve any significant solution and watch riveting videos.

could lead to dopamine addiction which is quite similar to narcotic dependence. To tackle
this
problem
parents
should spend their
time
with their juveniles.
This
may be the easiest and the best way to solve teenagers' addiction to smartphones. Having weighed everything mentioned up, we can come to a conclusion that enrolling
children
in sports sections and spending a lot of
time
with
parents
for
children
is the best solution. So it would not be surprising to see some
parents
register their juvenile for football, basketball, tennis or the musical sections in the near future. Action must be taken urgently,
otherwise
, we will get kids with severe vision problems, posture and discitis attention deficit.
