You recently took a trip with a taxi company. The driver behaved in an unacceptable way and you had a lot of problems. You complained to the company but no-one has replied to your complaint. Dear Sir, I am writing
this
 letter about my previous experience that I had from a taxi ride of your company. Which caused me a big issue and a mental trauma. I wrote my complaint to the customer department and I have not received any apology from your company or from that driver as well. My previous trip was from your cab

 Saturday. I provided him with my address, where I had to visit my family function.
Firstly
, He took me on the longest route to get there. When I told him that you are not going on the correct path he became extremely angry and started shouting at me by using abusive language. After that, he did not drop me at the right location and charged me full price. He threw his drink at me when I refused to pay the full balance. I took pictures of his information and the number plate of his vehicle. It is my advice to provide proper training to your staff that must include politeness test and ethical behaviour to treat your customers. Yours Sincerely, Haninder

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
