Your friend back home has arranged a visit to your hometown for one week next month but due to some reason, you are not able to go. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter, apologise for not being able to go explain to him the situation tell him an alternative plan for your visit

Dear Pattrick, It's so good to hear from you after ages. I couldn't be happier hearing about your visit to Surrey.
However
,
firstly
accept my apologies for not being around
while
you'll be here.
Firstly
,
due to
the sudden fall of my cousin from the tenth floor of a building, she had to be hospitalized in London and I'd to be with her as her emotional supporter during her toughest time.
Moreover
,I'm the only one from my family who knows how to deal with a patient as I am a practising nurse.
Due to
the above reasons, I'd to move there and I'll stay there for at least a month. But does that mean I can't meet you? You'll feel excited to know that in December I'm travelling to your city on Christmas Eve and I
also
know that you're free at that time. So, How about meeting
then
? I am so looking forward to meeting you . Warm wishes Yours Truly, Samantha
