the line graph, in 1918, the proportion of tenants was almost 20%, the minimum percentage between 1918 to 2011,
then

number
of tenants saw a doubling and reached 40% in 1971.

was followed by another increase and peaked at a little less than 70% in 2001.

, the upward trend broke and stood at just over 60%. As the line graph demonstrates, the highest
