requests were the lowest of all three categories at approximately 420. It went up smoothly to the end and reached a peak of 1850. In comparison with the way before, the telephone was the most popular in January at about 850. Although

collected by telephone tended to fall slightly in the next month, it maintained the jumped trend. In the end, it rose to 1600.
In contrast
