Many people prefer to watch foreign films rather than locally produced films. do you agree or disagree? Should governments give more financial support to local film industries?

Nowadays, A lot of
people
are more passionate about watching foreign films than domestic
movies
and the government has not to fund local movie production. In
this
essay, I will illustrate why the
number
of
people
who watch international
movies
is higher than the
number
of local film watchers.
To begin
with, Currently , a lot of
people
are keen on learning foreign languages like English and
this
contributes to an increase in the
number
of foreign movie viewers in order to improve their listening
as well as
speaking skills.
For Instance
, In my country , the
number
of viewers of local
movies
is not as high as international
movies
because learning another language is a major concern of the public in my nation. Regards to the actors in foreign
movies
, their performance is better than local film performers and
this
contributes to raising their watchers.
Therefore
, foreign
movies
are widely watched more than local films. So as to the given reasons, I am in agreement that local films don't have the same
number
of watchers as foreign
movies
. Some
people
claim that the local
movies
have to be funded by the government.
However
, It would be better for the governments to invest the money in other things like climate change dilemmas, renewable energy sources and increasing the
number
of crimes.
Hence
, It is not justified to spend money on local
movies
rather than critical issues.
For example
, The prime minister in my country said that investing in
movies
is worthless , we have other major issues which need to be tackled. In a nutshell, the
number
of
people
who watch foreign
movies
is the majority,
while
the
number
of individuals who watch local
movies
is a handful because of the aforementioned reasons that I illustrated and the government has not beefed up local movie production.
