The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and in 2010. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The two diagrams illustrate street access to a town hospital in the years 2007 and 2010.
Overall
, it can be seen that there was a significant development regarding hospital accessibility with many features built or expanded in 2010.
First of all, two new roundabouts were constructed at both ends of Hospital Road
. Between them, in 2010 a new, enlarged bus station replaced three of the bus stations from 2007, which were located on the left side of Hospital Road
. The station had two exits, which were linked with the new roundabouts. The first cyclic road
was connected with City Road
on the lower part of the map, and the second one was in the middle of the map, between Hospital Road
, Ring Road
and the hospital.
The remaining three stops, on the opposite side of the same road
, were part of a staff and public car parking back in 2007, which was then
converted into a staff-only car park in 2010. All of those features had an exit on Ring Road
. A new public parking lot was established on the right of the City Hospital, just across the Ring Road
with a new exit, leading to Ring Road
