Dear Sir or Madam, I am Jade, who is a resident of Heping Square. I am writing
this
 email to you since I would like to report a
traffic
 problem outside my house.
According to
 the law in China, it is forbidden to make noise in the residence area after 8pm.
However
, we have suffered
traffic
 noise from Zhongshan Road during the nighttime for a long
while
. The
traffic
 noise is mainly from turbo sound from car racing and car-horning. I think that the root cause of
this
 problem is a lack of legal awareness,
therefore
, I strongly recommend that the local council should set up a real-time
traffic
 monitor
as well as
 a warning sign to stop drivers from making noises at night on Zhongshan Road. Hope you can help solve
