. In my opinion, when I need to find a job
or hire a person, the best way is personal recommendations
. I have some reasons to support my opinion which I will examine in this

First of all, personal recommendations
are reliable. Obviously, when a boss or colleague demonstrates knowledge about work or projects the other people
