You recently took a two day course. Write feedback to the course organiser. In your letter Detail the course Explain what you liked Tell them what they should do better
Dear Mr. Garg,
The purpose of writing
this
letter is to send you my feedback about a course which I attended recently. The program was about Marketing and Communication, which was held on 20th November 2023 at your location.
I had chosen the basic course which was supposed to provide some initial concept of improving marketing skills from freshers with too including initial communication tips.
Furthermore
, the details of the topic were presented very well by the faculty Ms. Dave. I was able to understand each and every minute of the topic. Secondly
, the idea of giving practical practice was really useful to increase confidence in talking with strangers.
Although
the course was very beneficial for every batchmate, I would like to recommend you add some more practical industrial marketing by inviting professionals.
Hope my feedback will be helpful with the future plan of your organisation.
Yours faithfully,
