The table below show response to a questionnaire given by two groups of people (Club members and the general public) who showed their opinions about a new theatre.
The table represents data on responses given by
club
members
and the general public regarding a new theatre. Apparently, at first glance, it can be clearly noticed that there are different opinions given by
both
the groups, in some matters responses were similar but in others, they were varying. In each
category
, the proportion of those giving excellent and satisfactory were higher than those who were rating it poor. Beginning with the production quality of the theatre, there are almost similar numbers (70% and 67%) of
club
subscribers and outsider public respectively gave the excellent rating.
Both
the groups evaluated the production
category
as satisfactory with 17% and 18% respectively and almost equal ratings of 13% and 15% as poor. Based on responses, in
this
particular
category
, the rating was almost similar from
both
sides. Moving
further
with the remaining criteria, the information provided about the plays and performances to the public is 72% and 88% rated excellent by
club
members
and the general public. In the same
category
23% and 10% respectively, rated it satisfactory,
whereas
a very small group of people from
both
sides rated it poor.
Furthermore
, the next survey was about the facilities of the theatre, three-quarter of
club
members
rated it excellent,
whereas
, only 55% of the general public agreed. The
club
members
and the general public
both
rated services as satisfactory with 23% and 19% respectively.
However
, the most viable discrepancy can be in rating poor, where 26% of the general public was dissatisfied and only 2% of
members
of the
club
were on the same page.
