The line graph illustrates information about the proportion of people in four Asian countries ( Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines) living in cities between 1970 and 2020 with estimations for 2030 and 2040.
After Analyzing it can be seen clearly that, In 1970, Malaysia and the Philippines stood at the same number at about 30%. The figure increased steadily until it reached the same position in 1990 at about 50%. The prediction is Malaysia will grow steadily until 2040 reaching a peak of 90%. The Philippines' number fluctuated over the year until it reached just 50% in the final year.
For the remaining two countries, Thailand and Indonesia started at more than 10% at the beginning of the year. The proportion increased steadily and both had the same exact number in 2020
(about 30%). There will be a total of 50% rise in the Indonesia percentage in 2040.
