can bring out more benefits for

compared to any drawbacks it might bring for the government. Despite the disadvantages below, I believe the advantages gained by elderly

are extremely remarkable.

Firstly

, older individuals are perfectly experienced. What

means is that they have lived for a long time and have witnessed a variety kinds of matters which teach them how to tackle problems. Their family members,

, are able to enjoy their notable and valuable advice.

Secondly

, businesses are able to benefit from older

's recommendations and consultments.

vital for universities.
