, the town will be modernized with the conversion of open lands into public facilities, the increasing number of houses, and the development of roads.

To begin

with, in the east, the areas now are mostly occupied by open land like farms, an open field, and a park.

However

, it has been planned to remove them to make way for a supermarket in the area of Griffiths Farm, and a car park on Hoolahan Farm’s site,

while

constructing a Sports Center in an open field location. Meanwhile, the Public Park will stay the same. In the West, another striking change is that a Farmer’s Market will disappear. Meanwhile, there will be a road construction to the south part of the market, connected with That Street with a new roundabout.

, the residence area will be developed by converting the shops into more houses and an additional road to the west.
