In the Crankshaft line, there were several CNC

machines

available—a total of 9

machines

in 8 stations. In the first three

machines

, only one machine is available in each operation,

whereas

in other stations, two

machines

were available for each station from OP 40 to OP 80. OP 10, 20, and 30 were used for pin grinding, and OP 40 to OP 70 were used for shaft grinding. In the case of shaft grinding, feedback was important, which we collected by using a Marposs

gauge

. When the

confirmed the set point, it gave a digital signal to the PLC. Here, calibration was important. For calibration,

machines

, referencing was important. First of all, after installing the machine, I reconnected the cable. Luckily, there was no mismatch of marking.

, after completing the connection, I provided the power and turned on the

Finally

, after checking all programs one by one, I ran all the

machines

. I found some devices which needed to be fixed. Some of them were damaged because of transportation

as well as

for long time stop. To mitigate

this

issue, I ordered some spare drives, as was predicted, to replace them.

This

is a result of the lesson learned from the previous project. I was

also

engaged in solving the issues related to the testing

machines

of Laboratories. My team and I were involved in dismantling, arranging, and sending to

Bangladesh

. After that, commission and maintenance would happen in our

Bangladesh

plant. I

also

worked to modify the circuits as our application differs from the original, which was used in Italy. In the On/Off test of laboratories in ACC, the fans were running for all time. I modified the circuit to activate the fan only when the compressor is running. To do

this

, I collected the signal from the on signal.

Moreover

, I was

also

engaged in Performance LAB and Application LAB. I was

also

responsible for collecting the soft and hard copies of the related documents. I,

along with

my team, documented the records of those and sent them to

Bangladesh

to maintain safety. After coming to

Bangladesh

, I stored those items in a library. At the same time, I hand over the software to a librarian for future use.
