Overall

, it is readily apparent that the rest of the EU made up the largest segment, followed by Germany and France. Of particular note is that both Italy and Spain accounted for more than one-tenth.

the other three nations’ contribution was almost insignificant. Looking at the countries with the highest percentage, the rest of the EU accounted for nearly a quarter, with the figure amounting to 25,7%,

the share of Germany and France in the total population of the European Union was reported to have made up less than the fifth, to be specific with their respective figures accounting for 18,6% and 15,2%.
