In general, it can be seen that the biggest source of the budget was the National Government and the most money was spent on the salaries of officers and staff.
To begin
, there were two main sources for the budget, National Government and Local Taxes with a comparison of 175.5m,177.8m, and 91.2m,102.3m respectively in the mentioned years
. Other sources such
as grants were the third highest one with almost the same amount in 2 years
above 38m.
Despite the most of the money spent was on salaries in both years
, there was a steady decrease from 75% to 69%. However
, technology had a considerable rise, almost twice from 8% to 14%. Buildings and transport were the only elements which remained stable in the mentioned years
