Foreign visitors should pay more than local visitors for culture nad historical attractions. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Travelling to a foreign land is a rising trend. With the availability of various modes of transport, it has
also
become relatively easy to vacation in a different country. It is great that travel has become convenient but, it should
also
come at a specific cost. It happens in many countries- foreign travellers are charged a higher rate to travel or when visiting a monument. It is a proper practice as it contributes to better preservation of the monuments, museums and other touristy spots. To elaborate on my stance, foreigners have a higher purchasing power than locals. When they visit another nation, they come with the intention of visiting all historical areas and wish to educate themselves about the culture and history of that place. For that, they hire guides and historians with advanced knowledge and understanding and who have excellent communication skills.
This
requirement means hiring a slightly more expensive guide who can give them the kind of tour they seek. A foreign trip is expensive, no doubt.
However
, anyone travelling to another nation does it out of their interest, and they must satisfy their curiosity by paying for that experience. In order to make foreign travel inclusive for all, it is advisable to introduce discounts for students or those travelling for work or the trips can be financed by other governments.
This
way, the cost of travelling for the tourist can be reduced without hindering the cost of maintaining tourist spots with global amenities
