The diagram illustrates the proposed change to Chorleywood village with its rising population in the 19th century. From an
overall
perspective,
it is clear that
the major developments proposed for Chorleywood Village include the construction of a motorway and railway, which led to subsequent breakthroughs in transportation, facilities, and residential areas.
To begin
with, a small field was built near the main avenue from 1868–1883, which was
also
close to parks and golf courses. In 1909, a railway was constructed, and it has a station beside the small town.
Following
this
establishment, during 1992–1970, two places were developed nearby, with one located alongside the main lane and rail line,
whereas
the other was situated next to the track station.
In addition
, a motorway was set up in 1970, which helped expand toward five new towns
along with
the expressway. They were positioned at the intersection between the highway and the primary route or track.
