My name is John Cena, I live in the York neighbourhood with my wife and kid. The reason I am writing

letter is to address some issues that we are facing when it comes to garbage collection in the area and request solutions for these deplorable problems which are making the region uninhabitable.
Some weeks ago we noticed piled-up trash around the whole neighbourhood and, practically, on every street that has a house facing it. Now, the situation is unbearable due to
the fact that rubbish is all over the courtyard and, with it, comes disease and animal pests. This
is a pressing situation. The current condition is dangerous and unhealthy for everyone nearby.
Some neighbours and I believe the issue started when some waste collectors were relocated to another location, far from our reach. Additionally
