, the national government is the most significant sponsor of the police budget, making 175,5m and 177,8m in the presented years respectively. In fact, it is evident that the percentage of spending on buildings and transport remains the same in 2017 and 2018. In terms of sources, other sources of funds remained approximately the same, comprising 38m and 38,5m in 2017 and 2018 respectively,
whereas
the funding from local taxes increased by 11.1m in 2018.
According to
the data, the total amount of funds rose up to 318,6m in 2018, compared to 304,7m in 2017. Looking at the details in the pie charts, it is notable that spending on buildings made up roughly one-sixth. In terms of technology, it constituted as twice as big, making around one-twelfth and one-seventh respectively (8% and 14%). The difference between spending on salaries was not striking – 6%. In 2018 it fell from 75% to 69%.
