The table shows information about how many people visited Germany annually through three major airports, over a five-year period, between 2007 and 2012.

, it is evident that there was a fluctuating trend in the number of passengers who travelled via Dusseldorf,
while
the other two airports saw an upward trend. Another interesting point is that Frankfurt airport was the most popular
at the end
of the period. Looking at the details, the number of travellers at Dusseldorf stood at 27.2m in 2007 and
then
increased remarkably to reach the highest point of 48.2m in 2009. In 2011, the figure dipped to 33.2m and grew slightly to 45.6m
last
year.
On the other hand
, Frankfort began at 36.5m in 2007, after which the figure rose remarkably to 47.3m for the next three years. In 2012, Frankfort hit a peak of 69.3m passengers.
