, in 2002.
Overall
, what stands out from the chart is that in all the countries, individuals spend most of their money on food, drinks, or tobacco. Another interesting point is that
Turkey
was the one which had the highest percentage nearly in all sections. Looking into details, customers in Ireland and
Turkey
spent approximately the same money on food, with 28.91% and 32.14% respectively.
Also
, spending on clothing and footwear was similar, precisely the former made up 6.43% and the latter constituted 6.63%. As regards leisure and education,
Turkey
topped first with 4.35% and
then
Italy and Sweden shared a joint second place, almost the same number, 3.20% and 3.22% respectively. In the clothing and footwear section, Italy ranked first with 9% and the remaining ones accounted for a similar percentage, around 6%. With regard to the indicators for Spain, like others, food made up the highest number with 18.80% and
then
clothing at 6.51% and the
last
one, leisure and education, was responsible for 1.98%.
