, what stands out from the graph is there were two patterns: upward and downward shown by the amount of hamburgers, fish and chips and pizza in seven days over a twenty-year period. Looking at the details, as regards the two kinds of processed food experienced the same trend. Both started to rise steadily from around 40 and 80 to approximately 90 and 150 in a decade for hamburgers and fish and chips, respectively.

, there was a slow growth in the quantity of fish and chips from 1980 to 1985 before went up sharply to reach almost 300 in 1990.
